"The return process felt really unfair"
I tried to do an exchange and it ended up taking way longer than it should have. it was frustrating, and it feels wrong to make customers jump through so many hoops for something that should be simple.

"Warranty repair has been a hassle"
I sent it in for a warranty repair and it feel like I’m just getting the runaround. I’m still waiting for any real update, and I wasn’t happy with how this whole thing is going so far.

"Didn’t really help with blue light"
I bought these hoping they’d actually cut down on blue light, but I still ended up with eye strain after using them. feels like one of those products that can get by on vague claims because of policy loopholes, even if the results don’t really match what you expect.

"Started hurting quickly"
I thought these would be fine at first, but the nose pads started feeling awful after about an hour, or maybe it was even less, I kind of lost track. Either way, they got uncomfortable way too fast for me.

"night lenses were a letdown"
the daytime pair was fine overall, but the night lenses made the glare worse for me. i really wanted them to help, but they just weren’t worth it.

"Too flimsy for what I expected"
I was surprised when I first took these out of the box because they felt almost weightless, and not in a nice premium way. Reading between the lines, I guess they’re meant to be super lightweight, but they came across more like toy glasses to me.

I kept feeling like they might snap if I tossed them in my bag, which isn’t great when you’re paying this much. Some people may like that barely-there feel, but for me they just felt cheap and not very durable

"The health claims felt a bit over the top"
I don’t know, the health claims just didn’t really land for me. They felt kind of exaggerated, and after seeing stuff like this from one product, it makes me a little skeptical of similar claims in general. Maybe it works for some people, but I wasn’t convinced...

I ordered my glasses and honestly??? the shipping was sooo slow!! The tracking barely updated for days, which was super frustrating. I was really excited to get them, but the wait was way too much... not happy about it at all!!

"Support is way slower than they make it sound"
I reached out to support expecting a quick response, but ended up waiting days with nothing back. It’s frustrating when they make it seem like help is easy to get, but in reality you’re just sitting there waiting when you actually need an answer.

I wanted to order a pair with my prescription, but umm, the options felt really limited and kind of confusing. I couldn’t easily figure out what would actually work for me, and after a while it just didn’t feel worth the hassle. I ended up leaving the site and buying from somewhere else. Disappointing, especially for the price

"Fit was off, especially for the price"
I ordered these from raoptics.com the sizing just didn’t work for me. I checked the measurements before buying, so I thought they’d be fine, but they felt way too tight on my head and sat oddly on my nose. I could barely wear them for more than a few minutes before wanting to take them off. For what they cost, I was expecting a much better fit, so I’m disappointed.

"Feels a little cheaply made"
For what it costs, I expected it to feel more solid. The hinges make this annoying creaking sound, and the frame doesn’t sit quite level. It works, but the build just doesn’t feel right.

I tried it out, but the tint ended up being way too dark for my liking and the colors just looked kind of off. It really wasn’t for me. Also, I couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be some extra fee or charge tucked in somewhere, which made the whole experience a little less comfortable.

"Wish I hadn’t taken the chance on these frames"
I really wanted to like these, but the frames look way too bulky on my face. They also have a cheaper look in person than I expected, and the fit just feels kind of awkward. I kept thinking maybe I could make them work, but I’d rather not be stuck with something I won’t wear.

I kept wondering if maybe I was doing something wrong or if I got a bad pair, but everything looked kind of hazy when I used them. I tried giving it another shot, but the clarity just wasn’t there for me. i don’t think it was worth it.

I got these hoping they’d help my eyes feel better at night, especially after being on the computer all day. But i’m still getting the same eye strain and headaches. Maybe they work for some people, idk, but they didn’t do much for me

"Seemed decent at first, then turned into junk"
I actually liked these at first, but after about 8 months they started falling apart like cheap crap. The frame got all loose, and one of the lens coatings started peeling, which is ridiculous for the price. I expected way better. Customer service wasn’t terrible, but it was nothing special either — just kind of a pain in the butt.

"Didn’t Notice Any Sleep Improvement"
I bought these because I was hoping they would help me sleep better, so I wore them every night for a few weeks. Since I kept waking up at random times like usual, I couldn’t really tell that they were doing anything.
Maybe they help some people, but they just didn’t make a difference for me. Because there wasn’t any real change, it ended up feeling like a pricey experiment that didn’t work out.
